Diagnosis
This attractive terraced cottage in Berkshire had been extensively damp-proofed by a previous company except for one central internal wall. This was constructed with a mixture of local brick and flint and was badly affected by rising dampness. The wall plaster was heavily contaminated with hygroscopic salt deposits.
Solution
Stonehouse installed a Dryzone DPC to areas of brickwork and re-plastered the whole wall with our Stonehouse Premix No.5 plaster mix.
