Diagnosis
This major development included a full basement, part residential, part carpark is built directly against the adjacent canal which provides a constant water pressure to the depth of our waterproofing system.
Solution
We installed a full cavity drain waterproofing system to the residential area requiring a Grade 3 environment to BS8102:2009. The car park floor slab was prepared before applying a full Newton 706-HB epoxy resin vapour barrier system to the car park floor.
