Diagnosis
A failed bituminous felt roof waterproofing system resulted in water entry to the car park beneath this central court yard.
Solution
Designing and executing a repair was difficult due to the large planter within the access walkway. All areas, the planter and walkways were waterproofed with Newton Acriflex Winter. The only access was through the immaculately kept building.
