Diagnosis
The originally installed cavity drain waterproofing system did not include drainage – a basic error.
Solution
We retained the functioning wall membrane but stripped out all floors throughout, fitted Basedrain, closed cell insulation and a new floor membrane with two sump chambers containing four pumps – all serviced annually by ourselves. The swimming pool had a poorly applied cementitious waterproofing system. We replaced this and applied Vandex BB75 over our Stonehouse Premix No.5. The property is now fulfilling its original stunning potential.
