Diagnosis
The original Stonor Arms was extended and redeveloped to a very high specification to provide a new local destination for food enthusiasts of Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding area. The intention was to provide a public house, restaurant, café and delicatessen within the spectacular walking countryside of the Stonor Valley.
Solution
The facility required a new basement located below the shop area to provide necessary storage, refrigeration and plant services for the businesses.
Stonehouse installed a Type C cavity drain membrane system to the face of the new Type B reinforced concrete structure thereby complying with BS8102:2009.
