Solution
We designed and installed a complicated waterproofing system involving a cavity drain membrane and four separate pumping systems located throughout the building and across multiple levels. This enables full use of all space and maximises the philanthropic potential of the building. We also eradicated an outbreak of dry rot running through the core of the property.
After 10 years of annual servicing with Stonehouse the clients opted to renew all pumps and control panels and are now entitled to a further 10 year warranty.
